White Shaker Kitchen with a Waterfall Island
A bright U-shaped kitchen where a full wall of shaker drawers does the storage work and a grey waterfall island takes the seating.
The galley style runs cabinets and appliances along opposite sides, and adding an island turns it into a room you can genuinely work in with more than one person.
Two cabinet colours are doing the work here. Soft sage raised panel doors run the perimeter and keep the room light, while the island is finished in a dark espresso so it reads as a piece of furniture rather than more cabinetry.
Granite ties the two together. It is the most requested worktop material we get asked about, and on a run this long the natural variation in the stone is what stops the kitchen feeling flat.
